We are passionate about food, wine, entertaining and healthy living. We understand the complexity of nutrition information, the intricacy of the wine world, and how to prepare the perfect delicious meal for any occasion. We know that everyday cooking can be challenging, so we give you the resources you need, all in one place. When you reach out to our Chefs, Sommeliers (wine experts), and Entertaining and Nutrition Experts it is as if we are in the kitchen with you every step of the way. You will never feel overwhelmed or alone again.
How We Do It
We give you the tools you need through live support and a wealth of online resources. We provide you with weekly meal planning, recipes and shopping lists. With a live panel of chefs, nutritionists, wine and entertaining experts, we give you the confidence to do it all. The Kitchen Hotline is your one-stop shop for preparing an elegant dinner party, expanding your wine knowledge, or achieving your healthy goals. Let’s face it, there are countless cook books, magazines, and websites out there, but how many of them can you call to receive personalized answers to your questions? MAWA MCQUEEN
A dynamic personality in the Aspen Food and Wine scene, Mawa McQueen first moved to Aspen, CO 2002 where she joined The Little Nell team, worked with a variety of catering companies, and opened the catering company, M & M Home Dining Services in 2006. Focused on making food and wine more accessible to everyone, she launched The Kitchen Hotline in 2010. Wine in Heels and Cooking with Knowledge were then developed and launched in the summer of 2011 to further broaden people’s hands-on experience with food and wine. She is a creative and forward-thinking individual with a flexible approach to hospitality service that makes her unique in the industry.
Originally from the Ivory Coast, Mawa was raised in Paris, where she earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In England she worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager. After moving to Maine she was a member of the opening team of the upscale fish restaurant, Stripers, and worked at the White Barn Inn, where former president George Bush, Sr. and family were delighted by her service.
Mawa created The Kitchen Hotline to fill a gap in the coaching services available to individuals cooking and entertaining in their homes by providing one-one-one solutions for each member.

JESSICA BUNKER

Raised in a home where the table was set properly for every meal and cloth napkins were the norm, Jessica’s parents taught her excellent manners, cooked at home on a daily basis and entertained often.
This foundation, coupled with her experiences in the food and beverage industry, sparked her interest in etiquette and entertaining. In additional to her work with The Kitchen Hotline, Jessica continues to run a private catering and event planning company with her husband, to create wedding cakes and teaches Etiquette to teenagers and college students.
