Ajax Spritz
A refreshing take on a negroni, easy to drink and elegant
- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine
- Soda Water to top
- Orange Slice (garnish)
- Pour Aperol and Sparkling Wine over ice in wine glass.
- Top with soda and garnish with orange slice.
Clarissa
- 1/2 oz St. Germain
- 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine to top
- Grapefruit Twist (garnish)
- Mix St. Germain, Grapefruit Juice, and Simple Syrup and pour over ice.
- Top with Sparkling Wine
- Garnish with Grapefruit Twist
Mexican Sunset
- 1 oz Tequila

- 1 - 1/2 oz St. Germain
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Sparkling Wine to top
- Lime wedge (garnish)
- Combine tequila, St. Germain, and grapefruit juice, and shake with ice.
- Pour into wine glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Top with a lime wedge.
Peach Bellini
1 oz Peach Preserves- 1 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1/2 oz St. Germain
- Prosecco to top
- Combine Peach Preserves, Peach Liqueur, and St. Germain; pour over ice.
- Top with Prosecco and serve.
