Ajax Spritz

A refreshing take on a negroni, easy to drink and elegant

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine
  • Soda Water to top
  • Orange Slice (garnish)
  1. Pour Aperol and Sparkling Wine over ice in wine glass.
  2. Top with soda and garnish with orange slice.

Clarissa

  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Wine to top
  • Grapefruit Twist (garnish)
  1. Mix St. Germain, Grapefruit Juice, and Simple Syrup and pour over ice.
  2. Top with Sparkling Wine
  3. Garnish with Grapefruit Twist

Mexican Sunset

  • 1 oz Tequila
  • 1 - 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • Sparkling Wine to top
  • Lime wedge (garnish)
  1. Combine tequila, St. Germain, and grapefruit juice, and shake with ice.
  2. Pour into wine glass and top with sparkling wine.
  3. Top with a lime wedge.

Peach Bellini

  • 1 oz Peach Preserves
  • 1 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • Prosecco to top
  1. Combine Peach Preserves, Peach Liqueur, and St. Germain; pour over ice.
  2. Top with Prosecco and serve.
